Erica Henderson

Erica Henderson

Erica is a Registered Radiation Technologist, with over 35 years of experience. She is registered with the CAMRT and MAMRT. She is Dexa certified with the International Society for Clinical Densitometry. She also has advanced training from McMaster University in body composition analysis using the Dexa Scanner.

Erica is passionate about encouraging woman to get a baseline T-score of their Hip and Spine using the Dexa Scan for their bone density during perimenopause, before they enter menopause. (This service is offered through Body Measure Inc.) This early assessment is crucial, as women can lose 10-20% of their bone density in the 5-7 years following menopause. By establishing a baseline T-score, women can track changes in bone health over time and take proactive steps to maintain bone strength as they age.
